Managing Director at Renovo LTD | Experienced Communications, Marketing and Support Specialist

Andrew brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, communications, and student support to his leadership role in property development. As Co-Director at Renovo LTD, he oversees property renovations and rental projects, transforming spaces in Bournemouth and Yorkshire into high-quality, functional environments.

Previously, Andrew served as an Advice Support Officer at the University of Lincoln, managing complex administrative and student-focused tasks. From coordinating events to collaborating with external agencies on critical student matters, he demonstrated exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

Andrew's earlier marketing roles at YMCA Lincolnshire, NHS Lincolnshire Talent Academy and the University of Lincoln showcase his ability to drive impactful campaigns. Within the NHS, He increased Nursing Cadet applications by tenfold from 22 to 244 in just a week and helped raise over £20,000 for YMCA Lincolnshire through innovative event promotion.

His management skills and experience has developed since 2017 managing a team of students who created content and executed projects for the University of Lincoln’s Student Life initiative as an intern and has grown leaps and bounds managing projects across his professional career.

With a Master’s Degree in Sports Journalism and a BA(Hons) in American Studies and History, Andrew's academic background enhances his creative, communication and analytical capabilities. Beyond his corporate achievements, he is also a up-and-coming referee in the professional wrestling scene, blending his love for storytelling, wrestling, and refereeing. He has also helped found a pro wrestling podcast aged 16 - growing it and getting it onto international radio in Philadelphia and FM radio in the UK reaching hundreds of thousands of people at it’s peak whilst studying at University.
